#OOTD provides a flexible 1 week return policy through these return options :
- Please note that we snap pictures of every product purchased before shipping it to ensure that our customers get the right product.
- Exchange your item for different size/color :
- A full refund to your original payment mode as Store Credits upon returning the product :
- Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent :
Please also ensure that your items do not fall under the list of non-exchangeable and non-refundable brands & items HERE and the following conditions are met:
- Defect or damage was due to customers negligence

Option 1: Return directly at our outlet at SS15 Subang Jaya and exchange your product on the spot.
Option 2 : Post it to our address No A12-G, Jalan SS15/8A, 47500 Subang Jaya and we will either refund your store credits or redeliver the changed product back to you in 14 days max.
Exchanges are only available for sizes and/or colours of the same product. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.
Please note that items that are Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable are not available for exchange, unless stated otherwise.
Refunds are typically issued via your preferred refund method indicated while filling up the ‘Online Exchange and Return’ request or upon request through Customer Service. You will be refunded through
Store Credit in a span of no longer than 30 days.
You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
OOTD reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our outlet.
Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will not be refunded through store credits.
If you opt for a refund via your original payment method, the refund value will be apportioned according to the amount paid via store credits.
Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded through store credit.
We are unable to accommodate any refund reversal requests for Store Credit if 30 days have past from the refund date.
Any refunded store credit that is used on a new order (including exchange orders), can only be refunded as store credit – even if a different refund method is selected.
All products from OOTD Custom Apparels are not returnable after a purchase is made. However, it can be exchange for a product of the same value.
